Astra's ascent part 1

You are playing as a shapeshifting being of water known as Astra. You received a mysterious text this morning (while you were asleep by the way, how rude) stating plans to destroy society and the place to discuss the plans, but obviously, it wasn't meant for you.  You decided to investigate because if it's fake, nothing happens. If it's real however, then the world is in huge danger.
